Description

You will lead sales strategy and operations for EMEA and APAC regions at a hyper-growth cybersecurity firm, acting as the strategic right hand to the regional General Manager. You'll design GTM infrastructure, territory models, and incentive strategies to scale international markets.

Requirements

• 12+ years in Sales or Business Operations in high-growth SaaS
• 5+ years leadership experience managing international teams
• Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce, Clari, and Pigment
• Advanced financial modeling and data-driven ROI skills
• Undergraduate degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Define and lead EMEA/APAC sales strategy with data-driven insights
• Design territory capacity models and multi-country market segmentation
• Govern quota allocation process across multiple currencies and regions
• Own regional forecast process, QBRs, and pipeline hygiene
• Build and mentor a high-performing regional Sales Operations team
