Description

You will own payroll compliance for the UK & Ireland region, translating complex local legislation into scalable processes and system requirements. You'll lead audits, incident resolution, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Legal to embed compliance into Remote's global payroll platform.

• Deep expertise in payroll and employment compliance for UK & Ireland
• Proven record leading audits or regulatory reviews
• Experience partnering with technical teams to convert statutory rules into product requirements
• Strong communicator and influencer across departments
• Systems thinker who designs scalable frameworks and controls
