💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Commercial Data, Analytics & Insights function for a rare disease biopharmaceutical company. You'll shape data strategy and drive actionable insights to fuel peak performance of the US commercial team. This role reports to the SVP Rare and serves on the Commercial Leadership Team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead commercial data ecosystem strategy and implementation
• Develop KPIs and sales reporting for near real-time insights
• Manage department budgets and resources
• Hire, mentor, and develop analytics talent

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years analytics experience in Rare Diseases or Oncology
• 6+ years leading teams of technical analytics experts
• Advanced degree in analytics, biotechnology, or business management preferred
• US experience required

• PhD with 6 years experience
• Experience with advanced/predictive analytics
