As a CareBenefits caregiver, you will care for children in their homes, creating a safe and stimulating environment. Our team matches you with families based on your availability and experience, handling the scheduling so you can focus on providing wonderful childcare.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Minimum 1 weekday availability (8 consecutive hours between 6am-8pm)
• Related childcare experience
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 15 miles
• Adult, Infant, and Pediatric CPR/First Aid required prior to start

Responsibilities

• Conduct intro calls with booked families
• Care for children in their homes (typically 8-hour day)
• Follow schedule and rules set by parents
• Perform household duties related to care (cleaning after meals, dishes, activities)
