💼 About This Role

You'll own features end-to-end for our B2B and B2C platforms, powering experiences for tour operators, museums, and attractions worldwide. You'll partner with PMs and engineers to turn complex workflows into intuitive, craft-focused interfaces. You'll use AI-enhanced tools to accelerate research and prototyping.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own design for features across B2B and B2C surfaces
• Translate workflows and data into intuitive flows
• Build prototypes and run user interviews and usability tests
• Contribute to the design system and reusable patterns

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product or UX design
• Strong proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily workflows
• A track record of using research to guide decisions

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end handoff workflows
• Background in travel, scheduling, or service marketplaces
