💼 About This Role

You'll join the Data Platform team to build and modernize the data infrastructure powering a leading FinTech. Your core impact will be designing robust data pipelines and models that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. You'll work with a modern AWS stack and have opportunities to shape the future of the consumer loan market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain, develop, and modernize the data platform
• Design and implement data models (e.g., Data Vault)
• Build scalable batch and streaming data pipelines
• Ensure data reliability, quality, and performance

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a data engineer or similar role
• Good understanding of cloud infrastructure and data warehousing (ideally AWS and Redshift)
• Experience with orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Dagster) and ETL/ELT frameworks (ideally dbt)
• Experience coding in Python (or similar) in a production environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Data Vault, Kimball, or Inmon principles
• Experience with BI tools (preferably Tableau)
• Familiarity with modern data architecture (data lakes, data lakehouses, data mesh)
