Description

You will lead finance transformation initiatives for insurance and banking clients, translating strategy into financial and operating models. You'll drive FP&A, profitability analysis, and performance management to enable sustainable value creation.

Requirements

• Seasoned finance transformation leader with insurance or banking experience
• Experience in financial modeling, FP&A, and profitability analysis
• Ability to work with executive stakeholders and translate strategy into actionable models

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A and corporate planning including stress testing, capital planning, long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling
• Develop product, customer, and business-line profitability analysis including margin drivers, pricing, and capital considerations
• Drive transparency into corporate overhead and shared services cost allocation
• Support executive decision-making with insight-driven financial narratives and dashboards
