You'll join a mission-driven team at Commure to architect scalable detection frameworks and build AI-driven security operations. Your core impact will be translating complex security requirements into production-grade software that protects enterprise and cloud infrastructure. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design high-fidelity detections and correlation logic in Splunk and OpenSearch.
• Build AI-powered detection tooling using ML and NLP techniques.
• Write production Python, Java, and Bash for automation and integrations.
• Engineer ETL pipelines for log ingestion across multi-cloud environments.
• Translate red team findings into durable detection improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in software and/or security engineering
• 2+ years building detections on enterprise SIEMs (Splunk, OpenSearch, etc.)
• 2+ years developing security automation or AI/ML applications in Python or Java
• Strong command of AWS (SageMaker, OpenSearch, Lambda, IAM) and EDR platforms

✨ Nice to Have

• Splunk Certified Architect or Developer; CISSP, CEH, or GIAC GCED
• Experience applying ML to anomaly detection or security NLP
• Background in healthcare or financial services
