You'll lead the newly unified sales organization of a major Transportation Management System (TMS) provider, shaping go-to-market strategy and driving revenue growth. Your core impact will be building and scaling a professional sales engine, coaching teams, and owning the largest enterprise deals. This role offers a ground-floor opportunity in a post-merger environment with a clear path to market leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for scalable revenue growth.
  • Act as a player-coach, leading complex enterprise deals.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
  • Build and scale the sales organization, including SEs, SDRs, and sales ops.
  • Establish KPIs, forecasting models, and pipeline discipline.

📋 Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • 10+ years in senior sales leadership with multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
  • 5+ years selling Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or last-mile/logistics technology.
  • Proven track record of forecasting accuracy with rigorous pipeline inspection.
