You'll design and build educational content for Harvey Academy, our customer-facing learning platform. Your work will make Harvey's AI-powered platform accessible to diverse audiences. You'll apply adult learning principles and strong production skills to craft exceptional learning experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate content plans into polished courses and learning paths for Harvey Academy.
• Design storyboards, scripts, and course outlines for complex technical concepts.
• Produce instructional videos end-to-end, from scripting through editing.
• Analyze learner feedback and content analytics to refine course effectiveness.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of instructional design experience for technical SaaS products.
• Proven experience in video production including scripting, filming, and editing.
• Strong writing skills with experience creating training materials across formats.
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience creating educational content for regulated industries (legal, financial services, healthcare).
• Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
