You'll own and scale paid acquisition across Meta and TikTok for subscription-based products, driving performance campaigns and experimentation. Your work directly impacts key metrics like CPA and ROAS, while collaborating with creative and product teams to build scalable growth systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and manage campaign structures across Meta and TikTok
• Optimize campaigns to improve CPA, ROAS, and ROMI
• Analyze full-funnel performance and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of user acquisition / performance marketing experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
• Proven track record managing and scaling $1M+ monthly budgets

• Experience with subscription-based web products
• Knowledge of attribution models and iOS 14+ nuances
