💼 About This Role

You'll lead population health analytics and turn data into clinical action at a cardiology company. You'll identify care gaps and cost drivers, then work with the Medical Director to operationalize solutions. This role combines medical economics, analytics, and operations to improve outcomes at lower cost.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop population health analytics dashboards and identify opportunities.
• Analyze claims data to pinpoint care gaps and high-cost drivers.
• Partner with Medical Director to design and implement care programs.
• Track KPIs for program execution and clinical outcomes.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in population health, medical economics, or healthcare analytics.
• Strong understanding of claims data and cost/utilization modeling.
• Experience translating data insights into operational programs.
• Ability to partner with clinicians and care teams to drive performance.
