You'll support store leadership in providing an excellent customer experience at a pop culture merchandise retailer. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new team members and help manage daily operations. This role combines customer engagement with operational duties for a cause-driven company.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and product knowledge
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandise mix

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
