💼 About This Role

You'll provide wraparound support services to individuals facing barriers to employment, including transitional-age youth and justice-involved populations. Your work will directly help clients achieve self-sufficiency and stability through tailored case management and workforce readiness. This role emphasizes a harm reduction and trauma-informed approach in a supportive nonprofit environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized service plans.
  • Support clients in navigating workforce development, housing, and legal systems.
  • Prepare clients for job readiness, including resume building and interview skills.
  • Track progress through training programs and maintain accurate case notes.

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of case management with high-risk populations.
  • 3-5 years of direct case management with high-barrier populations.
  • Experience with transitional-age youth, reentry, and unhoused individuals.
  • Skills in motivational interviewing and de-escalation.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, Psychology, or human services.
  • Trauma-Informed Care Certification.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification.
