You'll manage end-to-end onboarding for new customers of a complex SaaS platform, ensuring they successfully adopt and derive value. You'll act as a trusted partner, translating business needs into effective configurations. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration are key.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation processes.
• Conduct platform walkthroughs and guide setup and configuration.
• Communicate onboarding requirements with customers and stakeholders.
• Educate customers on platform capabilities and best practices.

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in customer onboarding or customer-facing roles
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience working with clients across different levels, including senior decision-makers
• Ability to quickly learn and explain technical products or SaaS platforms
