You will lead the strategy and execution for collections and recoveries at Koalafi, optimizing loss mitigation through data-driven decisions, vendor management, and regulatory compliance. Requirements

• 5+ years in collections and recoveries in consumer finance
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or quantitative field
• Strong understanding of FDCPA and consumer finance regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and influencing skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive collections and recoveries strategy
• Oversee daily operations, establish KPIs, and manage third-party vendors
• Ensure compliance with FDCPA and other consumer finance regulations
• Own the Collections and Recoveries budget and maximize ROI
• Leverage technology to improve efficiency and customer experience
