Description

You will lead engineering teams in the development and integration of flight control systems for an all-electric aircraft, managing schedules, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration from concept through production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
• 10+ years of program management experience in aerospace/aviation
• Experience with flight-critical system development programs, specifically FCS
• Strong proficiency in project management tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple parallel workstreams from concept through production
• Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and risk management plans
• Drive technical decisions and trade studies for FCS design and development
• Oversee integration of FCS with other aircraft systems (propulsion, navigation, vehicle management)
• Manage supplier relationships and contracts for FCS components
