🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of onsite technicians during VA EHRM deployments
• Configure network connectivity and Wi-Fi hardware at training sites
• Manage hardware imaging, updating, and break/fix support
• Coordinate inventory and ensure connectivity during training sessions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience with IP networks design, analysis, or troubleshooting
• Experience managing technical teams
• Experience with Wi-Fi hardware configuration and issue resolution
• Able to travel up to 50% and lift equipment up to 50 lbs

• Experience with Microsoft Windows desktop deployments
• IT helpdesk Tier 2 experience
