You'll manage a portfolio of SME customers at Airwallex, focusing on upselling and cross-selling payment and financial solutions. You'll build deep relationships and serve as a product advocate, driving revenue targets through strategic account growth. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build relationships with SME portfolio to provide value-based solutions
- Ensure customers fully utilize our services and products
- Achieve revenue targets and forecast pipeline in Salesforce
- Share customer insights with internal teams to shape product roadmap
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B experience managing technology/Fintech relationships with SME accounts
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Experience selling to C-level executives in complex sales
- Technically minded with experience in API B2B sales or account management

- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Knowledge of global payments or fintech industry
