Description

As a Principal Production Engineer, you will take end-to-end ownership of scaling Rangeview's foundry system—from commissioning new facilities to integrating cutting-edge manufacturing technologies. You'll use first-principles reasoning to drive process innovation and cost improvements, directly shaping America's reindustrialization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in engineering (ABET accredited)
• 7+ years in manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, or test engineering (aerospace, automotive, or commercial)
• Proven ability to scale production throughput
• Experience aggregating technical data to justify large-scale projects
• Track record of moving projects from design to physical implementation

Responsibilities

• Manage technical execution of new foundry stand-ups, defining facility requirements and overseeing equipment commissioning
• Execute rigorous DoEs using first principles to improve reliability, lead time, and cost in high-volume production
• Drive process innovation with creative, low-cost solutions for novel manufacturing challenges
• Build cross-functional consensus to deliver initiatives on budget and schedule
• Collect and analyze process data to inform production strategy and throughput/cost targets
