💼 About This Role

You'll drive sales of Drivetrain's financial planning platform to CFOs and CROs. Your core impact is building pipeline and closing deals in a rapidly growing remote-first startup. You'll report directly to the CEO and shape the sales strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiations
  • Build and maintain a pipeline through outbound development
  • Manage multiple sales cycles to meet revenue targets
  • Collaborate with product and marketing to refine messaging

📋 Requirements

  • 4-12 years of sales experience to medium/large customers
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions
  • Expertise selling to hyper-growth SaaS organizations
  • Consultative selling skills with complex environment navigation

✨ Nice to Have

  • EPM, BI or ERP software sales experience
  • Track record of exceeding quotas and opening new markets
  • Success selling to CFOs and CROs
