💼 About This Role
You'll drive sales of Drivetrain's financial planning platform to CFOs and CROs. Your core impact is building pipeline and closing deals in a rapidly growing remote-first startup. You'll report directly to the CEO and shape the sales strategy.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiations
- Build and maintain a pipeline through outbound development
- Manage multiple sales cycles to meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with product and marketing to refine messaging
📋 Requirements
- 4-12 years of sales experience to medium/large customers
- Experience selling SaaS solutions
- Expertise selling to hyper-growth SaaS organizations
- Consultative selling skills with complex environment navigation
✨ Nice to Have
- EPM, BI or ERP software sales experience
- Track record of exceeding quotas and opening new markets
- Success selling to CFOs and CROs
