💼 About This Role

You'll partner with strategic enterprise customers to ensure sustained operational value from Observe. You will work directly with SRE, DevOps, and engineering teams to embed Observe into daily workflows, evolving telemetry strategy and improving reliability, performance, and cost efficiency. This role is ideal for an experienced observability practitioner who enjoys solving real production challenges.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary technical owner for assigned strategic accounts
• Build deep familiarity with customer architectures and operational goals
• Optimize datasets, queries, dashboards, and alerts for reliability and cost
• Lead health checks, architecture reviews, and proactive improvement initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in SRE, DevOps, platform engineering, or observability
• Strong hands-on experience with production observability platforms
• Experience with leading observability solutions (Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, etc.)
• Practical experience with OpenTelemetry signals, instrumentation, and pipelines

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience helping organizations standardize telemetry using OpenTelemetry
• Familiarity with cloud-native services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes
• Exposure to incident management platforms like PagerDuty or Opsgenie
