🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage IAM service performance and operational KPIs
• Administer enterprise IAM platforms like Okta and HashiCorp Vault
• Lead incident and problem management for IAM issues
• Develop and maintain operational documentation and runbooks

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years supporting enterprise IAM platforms
• Proven ability to define and report on SLAs and KPIs
• Experience with incident and problem management and RCA
• Hands-on with observability tools like Splunk or Datadog
