You'll assist and lead process improvement and new technology implementation at Fender Musical Instruments, optimizing production workflows and automation systems. Your core impact will be enhancing product quality and manufacturing efficiency through systematic analysis and problem-solving.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze and optimize production line workflows
• Design efficient systems integrating workers, machines, and materials
• Lead A3 problem solving for process opportunities
• Support automation projects including CNC and robotics

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS in Manufacturing or related Engineering discipline
• 2–4 years of manufacturing engineering experience
• Experience with automation systems implementation
• Hands-on CNC programming and machining experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Robot programming experience
• Wood and/or aluminum manufacturing experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
