💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in a clinic-based setting with real-time BCBA supervision. You'll implement behavior intervention plans and record client progress, supported by a team with lower caseloads for better guidance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions
• Create engaging, motivating learning environments for children

📋 Requirements

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
• Experience working with children in structured or caregiving settings
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and respond quickly to movement
• Reliable transportation
