💼 About This Role

You'll oversee daily operations and lifecycle management of enterprise mobile devices and endpoint mobility platforms. You'll ensure secure, compliant services while meeting SLAs and customer experience expectations. This role offers the chance to work remotely and administer Omnissa Workspace ONE/UEM for a leading digital business platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer Omnissa Workspace ONE/UEM enrollment and compliance policies
• Provision, refresh, reclaim, and retire mobile assets
• Serve as escalation resource for incident resolution
• Manage carrier activations, suspensions, and plan changes
• Automate device provisioning with PowerShell or Python

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years enterprise mobility administration
• Strong understanding of mobile security and identity management
• Experience with ServiceNow or ITIL workflows
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent

• Workspace ONE / Omnissa / Intune / JAMF exposure
• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
