You'll join BAYADA's award-winning Nurse Residency Program for new graduate LPNs in home care. You'll provide one-on-one patient care with flexible scheduling and around-the-clock clinical support. This is the only paid, ANCC-accredited home care residency program in the country.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one home care to patients of all ages
• Use electronic charting via Cubhub
• Participate in paid training and simulation labs
• Collaborate with clinical managers for skill development

📋 Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• CPR certification in good standing
