Description

You will support research, risk management, and investment analysis for StepStone's infrastructure and real assets funds, including financial modeling, due diligence, and preparation of investor materials.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years experience in financial services (investment bank, asset manager, or similar)
• Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Economics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of existing and prospective investments across infrastructure sectors
• Develop and maintain risk management systems for investments and portfolios
• Create investor-facing research and marketing materials
• Perform financial modeling, including DCF, comparable company analysis, and scenario analysis
• Assist with due diligence of potential investment opportunities
