You'll resolve high-stakes infrastructure anomalies and build trusted-advisor relationships. This role operates within an elite, 24x7 global technical services organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead triage and resolution of complex hardware/software anomalies in FlashBlade
• Act as primary technical contact for assigned accounts
• Manage cross-functional resolution streams during critical outages
• Author technical documentation and mentor junior engineers

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in customer-facing technical support role
• Enterprise infrastructure troubleshooting expertise (Linux/Unix, storage, servers)
• Advanced networking proficiency (Ethernet, IP, file/object storage protocols)
• High-stakes incident leadership and executive communication skills
