Description

You will own projects end-to-end, setting direction and executing on it—shaping product strategy and shipping production-ready screens. You'll collaborate across disciplines to eliminate barriers to digital accessibility, working on complex problems with a small, scrappy team.

Requirements

• 8+ years designing and shipping high-quality enterprise experiences in complex problem spaces
• Passionate about customer perspective and motivated by real ownership
• Strong as both strategic thinker and hands-on executor
• Comfortable taking on work beyond traditional product design
• Proficient in Figma, GitHub/Git/VSCode, Jira, and Heap

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful impact by understanding customer needs and translating into better experiences
• Lead projects through full design lifecycle: problem definition, exploration, testing, shipping, measurement
• Balance near-term constraints with long-term vision
• Communicate design decisions and trade-offs clearly to cross-functional partners and executives
• Identify and introduce tools or processes that solve real day-to-day problems
