💼 About This Role

You'll manage a team of inspection individuals to verify components for propulsion systems. You'll coordinate with Quality and Engineering to handle competing priorities and ensure accurate inspections. This role leads weekend operations with three 12-hour shifts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a team of inspection individuals including training and performance management
• Coordinate with Planning and Quality leadership for resource prioritization
• Inspect complex aerospace components using industry leading equipment
• Ensure inspection spaces are organized and stocked for operational needs

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years inspecting complex products or assemblies using hand tools and Coordinate Measuring Machines
• Excellent communication skills
• Critical thinking to address problems autonomously
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage team and build relationships

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience directing or managing other employees
• ASQ or other quality-related certification
• Familiarity with automated inspection equipment
