🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead searches and hiring initiatives in Mexico and the United States.
• Conduct candidate outreach, engagement, and screening calls in English and Spanish.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for corporate and technical roles.
• Advise leaders on market conditions, talent availability, and hiring trade-offs.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting and strategic candidate sourcing.
• Experience recruiting for U.S.-based and international roles.
• Strong hands-on sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Fluent professional-level English (spoken and written).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
• Familiarity with recruiting practices in Mexico and the U.S.
• Experience in a SaaS or corporate environment.
