- Manage channel partner relationships across the Central Region.

- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand coverage.

- 10+ years of enterprise technology sales with channel focus.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets through partner ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of networking, data center, or cybersecurity technologies.
- Ability to maintain executive-level relationships across partners and stakeholders.
- Experience managing field-based roles with up to 50% travel.
