You'll oversee preventative maintenance and tenant service requests for a mixed-use property portfolio. Your work directly impacts building efficiency and curb appeal at one of Canada's largest REITs. You'll participate in an on-call rotation for emergencies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to tenant service requests in a timely manner
• Conduct daily property checks and maintain curb appeal
• Oversee preventative maintenance and HVAC repairs
• Coordinate contractor access and rectify deficiencies

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience or post-secondary diploma
• 4th or 5th Class Power Engineering Certification or working towards it
• Proven knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and fire life safety
• Access to reliable transportation for travel between properties

✨ Nice to Have

• Maintenance experience in a retail/commercial property environment
• Familiarity with Building Engines operations platform
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
