You'll support NATO's NCI Agency in delivering secure IT services, focusing on innovation and process improvement. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Support sourcing opportunities and agile work practices

📋 Requirements

• ITIL Service Operations experience in an operations centre
• Experience in a large corporate matrixed environment
• Knowledge of Telecommunications/Network/IT solutions
• 2 years post-related higher vocational training or equivalent

✨ Nice to Have

• PRINCE2 Foundation or Agile PM certification
• ITIL V3 or 4 Foundation certification
• Experience in an international military/civilian environment
