💼 About This Role

You'll lead and scale the data organization, setting the data strategy to ensure data-driven decision-making across the company. You'll own the end-to-end data function, from infrastructure to analytics, and partner with senior leadership to drive impact at scale. This role requires strong people leadership and deep technical understanding in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

• Define and execute the company's data strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, grow, and develop a data organization of ~25 people.
• Own the company's metrics and KPI framework across teams.
• Partner with departments to translate business questions into analytical solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data-related roles.
• 3+ years in a senior leadership or management position.
• Experience leading and scaling data teams in a high-growth environment.
• Deep understanding of modern data ecosystems including analytics, data modeling, and data infrastructure.
