- Design Monzo's executive sourcing framework and set research standards.
- Partner with Executive Recruiters on live searches and sourcing strategy.
- Build succession pipelines for C-suite and board roles.
- Create and maintain market maps of leadership talent.
- Champion diversity and inclusion in all pipelines.

- Executive search or talent research experience at senior level.
