๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead the upmarket Account Management organization at Vanta, driving retention and expansion for Commercial and Enterprise customers. You'll build a high-performing team of managers and design the AM strategy to exceed goals. This role is key to executing Vanta's upmarket GRC strategy.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Hire and develop a team of expert managers
- Design upmarket AM methodology and playbooks
- Drive KPIs including expansion pipeline and retention
- Deliver accurate weekly forecast for retention and expansion
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years customer-facing experience
- 5+ years managing post-sales teams at a SaaS company
- 2+ years managing frontline managers
- Proven track record of achieving retention and expansion targets in NAMER
