💼 About This Role

You'll partner with senior leaders to scale the organization and support talented employees at xAI, a company building AI systems to understand the universe. You'll drive strategy across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to org design, while tracking people data and influencing key decisions. This role offers a chance to work with a highly motivated team in a flat, hands-on environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Strategize with managers on talent from recruitment to employee relations.
• Track people data and identify trends in hiring, attrition, and compensation.
• Partner with compensation and benefits to administer rewards programs.
• Provide partnership in organizational design through re-orgs and leveling.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years as an HR generalist or HRBP with cross-functional exposure.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech environment supporting technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational consulting skills.
