You will coach and mentor BDRs, refine processes, and collaborate with senior sales and marketing to shape a scalable go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a BDR Manager
- History of achieving 100%+ quota
- Deep understanding of multi-pronged sales strategies
- Proficiency in cold calling and outreach techniques
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
Responsibilities
