You will coach and mentor BDRs, refine processes, and collaborate with senior sales and marketing to shape a scalable go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a BDR Manager
  • History of achieving 100%+ quota
  • Deep understanding of multi-pronged sales strategies
  • Proficiency in cold calling and outreach techniques
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills

Responsibilities
