You'll own the rhythm and flow of each shift in a veterinary emergency hospital, ensuring top-tier care and team support. You'll anticipate needs, jump in on the floor, and model calm under pressure to keep operations smooth.
π― What You'll Do
- Manage daily workflow and help the team pivot when unexpected events occur.
- Coordinate breaks, assist with conflict resolution, and model calm under pressure.
- Lead shift transitions, team huddles, and start/end-of-day wrap-ups.
- Jump in on the floor when help is neededβno task is too small.
π Requirements
- 1+ years experience in a veterinary technician or assistant role.
- Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT) or enrolled in VEG Credentialing Support Program.
- Strong grasp of clinical workflow and team dynamics.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg on own and support up to 40 kg with assistance.
