• Own the full onboarding cycle for users from contract signing through launch.
• Develop and manage customer integration architecture and timeline.
• Partner with Sales and Technical Services to improve user journey.
• Engage with Product and Engineering to drive strategy for large users.
• Collaborate on projects to scale implementation process and operations.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with strategic customers on technology solutions.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and craft tailored solutions.
• Proven project management skills and strong critical thinking abilities.
• Experience identifying and solving internal process inefficiencies.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/software company.
• Experience in the payments industry.
• Knowledge of APIs and SQL.
