You'll lead the end-to-end research program for User Lifecycle at Strava, partnering with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy. Your insights will directly influence user engagement and retention across the complete athlete journey. You'll drive high-visibility research projects that connect data to actionable recommendations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and lead research roadmaps impacting product strategy
• Conduct end-to-end research studies with cross-functional partners
• Synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations
• Build high-trust relationships to drive insights adoption

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of product or UX research experience
• Advanced degree in psychology, HCI, cognitive science, or related field
• Experience leading end-to-end research studies in-house and with agencies
• Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies
