💼 About This Role

You'll join Ramp's Fraud Operations team to safeguard the company and its customers against fraudulent activities. You'll analyze new account applications and transactional activity, investigating alerts and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. This is a highly independent role where you'll help define success as the second APAC team member.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze new account applications for fraud patterns
• Evaluate transactional activity for anomalies and irregularities
• Investigate alerts of first-party and third-party fraud
• Liaise with financial institutions and law enforcement

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fraud prevention or investigations
• Experience in consumer/corporate/small business cards, payments, invoices, or lending
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

• Experience with NACHA rules and regulations
• Experience in high-growth startups
• Knowledge of SQL or Python
