💼 About This Role

You'll own full-cycle recruiting for a high-growth AI startup, building the hiring foundation from scratch. You'll partner with hiring managers across sales, engineering, and service teams to source exceptional talent. This is a chance to join before our Series A and shape the recruiting function.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end hiring across sales, engineering, and service teams
• Build proactive pipelines and source exceptional talent
• Advise hiring managers on role requirements and candidate fit
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the process

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting in fast-moving startup environments (seed to Series A)
• Strong ability to source passive candidates and convert them
• Exceptional communication skills to keep all stakeholders informed

✨ Nice to Have

• Existing network in AI ecosystem
• Experience with ATS configuration and hiring metrics
• History of building recruiting processes from scratch
