Description

As a Private Duty Nurse, you'll provide one-on-one care to a single client in their home, with flexible scheduling and the autonomy to perform nursing skills independently. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships and helping clients achieve their health milestones.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license in good standing in Pennsylvania

Responsibilities

• Travel to client home and provide hands-on care
• Follow and document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Perform skills with autonomy in the home
