You will oversee financial reporting and technical accounting engagements, including preparing financial statements, consolidating trial balances, and researching complex accounting topics. You'll also mentor staff and seniors, ensuring accurate and complete financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Oversee progress of entire engagement in the preparation of financial statements and consolidation of trial balances
Research complex technical accounting topics and identify relevant guidance and SEC rules
Write basic technical accounting memos
Share knowledge with staff and seniors to develop their skills
Assess accuracy of complex financial statement areas like SOCF, Equity, and EPS
