Description

You will lead a team of engineers building and scaling core product capabilities for Robinhood's premium customer segment, including dedicated support experiences, tax workflows, and estate planning. You'll partner with product and design to deliver customer-facing solutions from concept to launch, while strengthening the underlying platform for expansion into new geographies.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience managing engineers with a track record of supporting performance and career development
• Experience building and launching 0-to-1 or early-stage consumer-facing products
• Strong backend or full-stack technical background with ability to review system design
• Experience shipping customer-facing software at scale in environments with 50+ engineers
• Ability to translate business goals into technical plans and measurable milestones

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and implementation of backend or full-stack systems for concierge tools, tax workflows, and estate planning
• Establish engineering processes for reliable delivery, code quality, and system scalability
• Contribute technically when needed, reviewing architecture decisions and solving complex challenges
