🎯 What You'll Do

• Own a portfolio of customers to ensure adoption and retention.
• Develop and execute account plans driving renewals and expansion.
• Present and negotiate renewal proposals and multi-year options.
• Monitor customer health using usage analytics and insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Sales Ops, and Renewals.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of customer-facing experience in Account Management or Customer Success.
• 4+ years managing renewals and growth in a SaaS environment.
• Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) and analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
