You'll co-build operational systems and lead responses to unplanned incidents like weather or supply shocks. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own quality of daily forecast guidance and improve operational systems.
• Plan for demand deviations like holidays and promotions.
• Lead response to unplanned incidents and run retro processes.
• Partner with data team to pressure-test forecast models.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in operations or programme management.
• SQL proficiency to query data independently.
• Strong written communication skills for docs and one-pagers.
• High ownership and bias for action in fast-moving environments.
